Nikki Tolt's Mediation Fee Schedule

ACT Mediation

Fee Schedule:

• $5,800.00 flat fee for a full day.
• $3,000.00 flat fee for a half day mediation.  Scheduled at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. for 4 hours; thereafter $550.00 per hour, billable in 1/10th of an hour.
• Fees are due 7 days before the mediation.
•  No administrative charges.
• Pre-mediation document review is included in the fee.
• No charge for use of ACT facilities.

   

Cancellation Policy:

• No charge if cancelled and/or reschedule up to 7 days prior to mediation date. 50% charge if rescheduled 2 to 6 days before the mediation date. 
• Cancellation the day before or day of mediation, no refund. 　
• No refund if only part of the time reserved is used.
